We're Hiring

Or at least we were. We've just concluded our hiring season, and for the first time in memory we will be fully staffed for two consecutive years.

We had our HR meeting today, and the topic of interview techniques came up.   It reminded me of this:

I have never done this, but there have been some interviews which did not go well when I was tempted to.

It's really hard for me to be a grown-up sometimes!
